• Bring in proper identification to complete the I-9 form.
• Bring in any proof of certifications you may have.
• If you haven’t sent us your resume, please bring a copy.
• Be prepared for a criminal background and drug test.
Our skills testing is something we’ve become known for throughout the state. Depending on your area of expertise, you will be given a test to demonstrate your competency in that area; for example, if you are a welder, the skills test will show that you know the basic safety and practical requirements to do your job. If you are applying for clerical positions, your test may be about basic computer knowledge and word processing.
Finally, your personal Staffing Specialist will meet with you to do a one-on-one interview. We look forward to getting to know you, hear about your career goals, and matching you with the best position available. If we don’t have an immediate position for you, we will utilize all of our resources to find something for you. Typically, the turn around from starting the process to placement is as short as 1-5 days depending on market demand for your skills.
